PRP uses the client's own blood, which will be taken and placed in a centrifuge, the plasma is then injected back into the treatment areas. At Lagoon Cosmetics, we also use PRP therapy for hair loss. PRP injections trigger natural hair growth and maintain it by increasing blood supply to the hair folicle and increasing the thickness of the hair shaft. Most PRP therapy requires three treatments 4-6 weeks apart.
